Cupid's Chase 5K Brooklyn
Cupid's Chase 5K Brooklyn is a community road race held in Prospect Park at The Peristyle, Parkside Avenue and Parade Place in Brooklyn, NY on February 13, 2027. The event is part of a national race series that celebrates the founding of Community Options and raises funds to support housing and employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities.
The local event features a certified 5K with professional timing; results will be posted immediately after the race. Registration for the 5K opens on June 9, 2026 and closes on November 30, 2026, with a registration fee of $40.00. Registrations completed by January 1, 2027 are guaranteed a Cupid's Chase shirt; after that date shirts are available while supplies last.
The event is fully accessible and pet-friendly; all pets must remain leashed at all times. Giveaways include a Cupid's Chase finisher medal and a drawstring bag, available while supplies last. Trophies will be awarded to the top three overall male and female finishers. Age group medals will be awarded to the overall male and female finishers in these 14 age groups: 12 & under, 13–15, 16–19, 20–24, 25–29, 30–34, 35–39, 40–44, 45–49, 50–54, 55–59, 60–64, 65–69 and 70 & over.
