Crowle Triathlon May 2026
The Crowle Triathlon takes place in North Lincolnshire, with the event hub located at the Axholme Leisure Centre on Wharf Road. Previously recognized as the Triathlon England Best Small Event, the course is designed to be flat and fast. It includes multiple categories catering to different preferences and experience levels, including options specifically for residents of North Axholme and a relay format for teams.
Participants can choose from several event distances and formats:
- Sprint Triathlon: Includes a 400-meter swim, a 20-km bike ride, and a 5-km run.
- Super Sprint Triathlon: A shorter alternative to the standard sprint distance.
- Relay: A team-based Super Sprint featuring a 200-meter swim, 20-km bike ride, and 2.5-km run.
- Aqua-Bike: A combined event involving a 400-meter swim and a 20-km bike ride.
The relay option allows teams of two to three people to divide the disciplines between them. All participants receive a medal upon completing their respective events. Registration remains open until early May, or until the entry period closes. The Axholme Leisure Centre serves as the primary venue for the swim portion and the transition area.
