Coyote Crawl 5K and Head for the Hills 10K
The event offers in-person and virtual options for a 5K and a 10K at Bellefontaine Cemetery, 4947 West Florissant Avenue, St. Louis, MO. The courses pass through Missouri's first Level III Arboretum and across Bellefontaine's 314 acres, a site that commemorates about 87,000 lives and is described as the oldest Garden Cemetery west of the Mississippi.
Because parking is limited, the event will be restricted to the first 250 registrants. Participants who register by October 12 are guaranteed the option to receive a race shirt and commemorative medal. Registrations on or after October 12 are not guaranteed a shirt or medal; a limited number will be available for purchase at the event while supplies last. Packet pickup takes place on race morning. Bicycles are not permitted in the race for participant safety.
Timed in-person registration includes chip timing and the shirt and medal when applicable. Virtual entries may complete their walk or run on their own turf between October 31 and November 7. Awards will be given to the top three male and female finishers in each race. Proceeds support Friends of Bellefontaine and benefit programs such as Angels Rest, historic preservation, and educational tours. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
