Moonlight Howl 5K Run/Walk
The Moonlight Howl is a nighttime 5K Run/Walk held on Friday, October 23, 2026 in Ballwin, Missouri. Registration includes a long sleeve race shirt, a finisher medal, live race results, and awards for top finishers. Additional items are available for purchase. A portion of each entry supports the Ballwin Parks and Recreation Scholarship Fund.
Pre-event packet pickup takes place Thursday, October 22, 2026 at SBR Bikes & Brews, 17089 North Outer 40 Road Units 137 & 138, Chesterfield, MO 63005 from 3:30 pm to 5:30 pm; participants must bring photo identification. Race day activities occur at The Wolf Café, 15480 Clayton Rd., Ballwin, MO 63011. Parking is available at the café and on surrounding residential streets.
On-course support includes water and an electrolyte drink for participants; athletes are asked to carry their own nutrition. Awards are given to the top two overall male and female finishers for the race and to the top two male and female finishers in age groups 0-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, and 80+. Finish line provisions include food, drinks, and music; each runner receives one complimentary beverage from The Wolf Café Tap Room.
There is no rain date. Management may cancel or alter the event for safety; entry fees are nonrefundable. Event photography may be taken and used in promotional materials. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
