Course-walk Centraide 2026 of the City of Montreal
Course-walk Centraide 2026 takes place at Parc Jean-Drapeau with a new route on October 1. The start is at the Circuit Gilles-Villeneuve and the route passes the mosaïculture horticultural sculptures. A recognition of the 50th anniversary of the Montreal Olympic Games is planned.
On-site options include:
- 5 km run
- 3.5 km walk
The remote challenge À ton rythme runs from October 5 to 18 and requires 5 hours of physical activity over two weeks. Participation can be individual or team and includes activities such as walking, running, swimming, cycling, soccer and pickleball. A combined option pairs the on-site run or walk with the remote challenge; the combined price is available only at initial registration.
The organizer aims for 2,000 participants and a total of 100,000 dollars for the Course-walk and the remote challenge. All amounts raised will be donated to Centraide du Grand Montréal. Target participants include City of Montreal staff, elected officials, retirees and paramunicipal staff. Registration fees vary by option and registration period.
