Course-marche Centraide takes place on Thursday October 1 at Parc Jean Drapeau. The start is at the Circuit Gilles-Villeneuve and the route passes near horticultural sculptures created by Mosaïcultures internationales de Montréal. The program includes a nod to the 50th anniversary of the Montreal Olympic Games.
The event offers several formats:

- À ton rythme remote challenge from October 5 to 18
The À ton rythme challenge requires five hours of physical activity over two weeks and accepts individual or team participation. Accepted activities include walking, running, swimming, cycling, soccer and pickleball.
A combined option pairs the on-site race or walk with the remote challenge; the combined rate is available only at initial registration. Published registration fees are: on-site race or walk CA$28 until August 17 then CA$33; combined CA$45 until August 17 then CA$50; À ton rythme CA$22.
The overall targets are 2,000 participants and CA$100,000 in fundraising. One hundred percent of funds raised will be donated to Centraide du Grand Montréal.
