Demi-Marathon Sun Life de Longueuil takes place at Parc Michel-Chartrand in Longueuil, Quebec. The festival-style event offers four distances—1K, 5K, 10K, and 21.1K. Courses are described as colorful and flat, suitable for runners and walkers alike.
The day embraces Oktoberfest vibes with Bavarian flair, including feathered hats, lederhosen, sausages and Tyrolean music. A highlight is hosting the Québec 10 km Championships and serving as the fourth leg of the Coupe Québec Viens Courir circuit. Registration includes a technical shirt, a distance medal and age-group medals, chip timing, an exhibitors hall, meals, and photos; walkers are welcome for the shorter distances.
