Sun Life Longueuil Half Marathon
The Sun Life Longueuil Half Marathon takes place on September 20, 2026 in Longueuil, on an urban route that passes through Parc Michel-Chartrand trails and nearby neighborhoods. The event offers multiple distances:
- 21.1 km
- 10 km Cascades
- 5 km
- 1 km Enfant Soleil
Routes are subject to change. Time limits and recommended ages apply by distance (for example a 3 hour 30 minute limit for the 21.1 km). Pace bunnies are available for the 21.1 km, 10 km and 5 km distances.
Included services feature official chip timing, timing mats for split times, live tracking via the Sportstats app, aid stations providing water and Brix electrolytes, restrooms near some stations, a secure bag drop area, a post-race meal, a participation medal unless declined, distinctive medals by age category, and medal engraving courtesy of Sun Life. The technical shirt is included with registration until August 19, 2026 and is available for purchase afterward; it is not included with the 1 km registration.
Walkers may participate in distances of 10 km or less and separate medals are awarded to the top male and female walking finishers. The event notes accessibility for independent participants, people requiring assistance, and wheelchair users, and a partnership with the Carte Accompagnement Loisir provides free registration for accompanying support persons.
