Course Extrême Autumn takes place in Saint Calixte, Quebec, and features a new mountain and river zone on the course. The event on September 19, 2026 offers several start options and distances.

• Elite 8 km start: more than 65 mandatory obstacles, timed, podium for top three men and women.
