About the race
MASCOURS is a community running event held at Parc du Grand-Coteau in Mascouche on 27 September 2026. The event is organized by the ASC Coaching club with support from Évolution Physio. It is described as family oriented and inclusive, and the organizing committee provides financial support to local schools and sports organizations. Participation is limited to 1000 entrants.
The event features a variety of distances and formats to run in the park and surrounding forest trails:
- 500 m Bouts d’choux
- 1 km kids race
- 2 km run
- 2 km canicross
- 3 km run
- 4 km canicross
- 5 km walk, run and stroller
- 8 km trail
- 10 km road race
- Corporate relay 3 x 1 km
Registration includes bibs with MS1 TIMING chip timing for most races (the 500 m and 1 km are not timed), refreshments on course, a medal for every participant, a post‑race snack, first aid on site, event exhibitors, and an on‑site photographer. The organizer offers a refund option: before 12 September 2026 a participant may request a 75% refund of registration fees; platform service fees are not refundable.
