MASCOURS 2026
MASCOURS takes place on 27 September 2026 at Parc du Grand-Coteau in Mascouche. The event is organized by ASC Coaching with support from Évolution Physio. It is held in a forest setting and is presented as an inclusive, family oriented running event with offerings for children, adults and participants with particular challenges.
The event program includes the following distances:
- 500 m Bouts d’choux Tim Hortons (not timed)
- 1 km Ratelle Avocats et notaires (not timed)
- 2 km race
- 2 km funrun canicross
- 3 km race
- 4 km funrun canicross
- 5 km walk run and stroller event Caisse Desjardins Le Manoir
- 8 km trail
- 10 km race
Registration benefits include a bib with timing chip for most races, course aid stations, a medal for every participant, a post race snack, first aid, on site exhibitors and a photographer. Participation is capped at 1000 entrants. The organizing committee also contributes funding to local schools and sports organizations to support youth sport development.
