MASCOURS 2026
MASCOURS returns for its 4th edition at Parc du Grand-Coteau in Mascouche on September 27, 2026. The event is presented by the ASC Coaching sports club and supported by Évolution Physio. The organizing committee describes the event as a family oriented and inclusive forest run and provides funds to local schools and sports organizations.
A variety of formats are available, including individual races, a team relay and canicross races. Participants registered before June 1, 2026 receive a free event shirt.

- 1 km non timed
- 2 km
- 3 km
- 5 km walk run or stroller
- 8 km trail
- 10 km Émilie Mondor race
- Family corporate relay 3 km (3 x 1 km)
- Funrun canicross 2 km and 4 km
Canicross rules key points: dog must be at least 15 months for 2 km or less and 18 months for 4 km or more; one dog per runner; harness mandatory; leash maximum 2 meters; owner is responsible for animal handling and waste. Minimum age for canicross participants is 16 years. The event follows MACQ sanctioned rules to promote safety. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
