Corn Carnival 5K/Walk - Gladbrook, IA
The Corn Carnival 5K/Walk takes place on Saturday, June 13, 2026 at the south side of City Park in Gladbrook, Iowa. The event includes multiple distance options and related activities during the Corn Carnival.

Early registration and fees are listed for each distance. Pre-registration is $20 through June 5 and guarantees a t-shirt; registration increases to $25 after the early deadline. The Kids Dash is free through June 11. A t-shirt-only option and a donation-only option are available. Group registration options are offered and donations help cover medals, refreshments, and race shirts.
Awards are given to the top two finishers in each age category for men and women, and to the top two participants in the 2 Mile contest. All registered participants are eligible for door prizes.
Course details note a varied 5K route that uses paved residential streets in Gladbrook, the tree-canopied limestone Wolf Creek Trail, and a gravel loop through or around the Tama County Fair Grounds. The event proceeds rain or shine. Strollers and leashed pets are permitted; skateboards, skates, roller blades, and bikes are prohibited. Restrooms are available at the corner of Washington and 4th Street, at the northeast corner of the city park. Packet pick-up is available on race day.
