Felix Grundy 5K
The Felix Grundy Big Top Trot is part of the Felix Grundy Days in Grundy Center, Iowa. All events start and finish at the Grundy Center High School Track, 1006 M Avenue, and the gathering includes both registered races and free community activities.
Choose from the following event options:
- 5K timed race (Big Top Trot)
- 2 mile fun run, walk, or stroll non-timed
- 100-yard Boot Camp Challenge free activity
- 400-meter dash free activity
The timed 5K awards first and second place finishers for female and male competitors in each age group. Age groups are 0-5, 6-11, 12-15, 16-18, 19-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70 plus. The non-timed 2 mile event includes a costume contest with divisions for individual, family, stroller or wheelchair, and pet entries. Registered participants who pay a race fee are entered into door prize drawings.
