The event is a night run and walk held at Copperleaf Golf and Country Estate in Centurion, Gauteng. Routes are entirely within the estate and run along the golf course. The course is marked and water tables are available on all distances. A headlamp or torch is compulsory for all participants.

- 5 km - R110,00 (online pre-entry)
- 2 km - R80,00 (online pre-entry)
On-the-day entries incur an additional R30 charge. Children under 13 years and adults over 60 years pay R80 with no extra on-the-day fee. Entry includes venue access, parking, a finisher medal, water tables and Vitality points. The restaurant at the venue will be open for food and drinks.
The event is pet friendly; dogs must remain on leash for the entire time. Non-resident parking is provided in front of the main building. Online entrants receive an access code by email to enter the estate and attendees should bring a driver’s license or ID for access. If a participant has not entered online, they can request an access code at the gate.
General conditions note that no license is necessary to take part, there are no refunds for rain or lightning cancellations, and cash, card and SnapScan are accepted on the day. A charity option allows participants to donate the cost of their medal to a campaign that supports an animal shelter. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
