Rietvlei Dam Night Run/Walk
The event is a road running night run and walk at Rietvlei Dam, Pretoria, Gauteng. Routes are fully within the venue and mostly on tar roads. Walking and hiking are allowed on the following distances:

- 5 km
- 2 km
- 2 km Kids
- 2 km Pensioner
- 5 km Kids
- 5 km Pensioners
- 10 km Kids
- 10 km Pensioners
Entry fees for online pre-entries are R130 for 10 km, R110 for 5 km and R80 for 2 km. On-the-day entries incur an additional R30, except for children under 13 years and adults over 60 years who pay R80 with no extra on-the-day charge.
Participants must use a headlamp or torch. The event is not pet friendly. Water tables are provided on all routes. The 10 km route is a loop of the 5 km course. The route is suitable for speed work because it is mostly tar road.
Entry includes a marked route, water tables, a finisher medal, venue entry, parking and Vitality points. Snacks and drinks will be available for sale. There is an option to donate the cost of the medal to the Make a Difference Campaign; donated funds will be directed to an animal shelter at year end.
No competition license is required. All ages are welcome. No refunds are given for cancellations due to weather. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
