Event overview
The AdventHealth Cool Sommer Mornings Triathlon/Duathlon/5K Series #3 takes place on August 9, 2026, at Clermont Waterfront Park in Clermont, Florida (100 3rd Street, Clermont, FL 34711). This event is the third of four monthly races in the Cool Sommer Mornings Series (June through September). The theme for the August event is "Mighty Dragon." The 2026 program introduces a Double Challenge that offers double-distance sprint options for triathlon, duathlon, and aquabike. The event is designated as part of the 2026 USA Triathlon State Championships Ranking Point Event pilot program; athletes must complete at least three USAT-sanctioned Florida races and have a Florida USAT membership address to be eligible for state championship recognition.

- Sprint Aquabike - Swim 0.25 mi, Bike 8.2 mi
- Sprint Aquathlon - Swim 0.25 mi, Run 3.1 mi
- Double Sprint (new) - two sprint-distance efforts back-to-back (triathlon, duathlon, aquabike variants)

Selected published entry prices include the 5K at $39, sprint triathlon entries in the $109–$150 range, sprint aquathlon at $85, sprint aquabike at $109, double duathlon at $159, double triathlon relay at $195, and a virtual event at $45.
