11th Annual Combat Cancer Walk
The Combat Cancer Walk is a community fundraising walk organized by Support Sisterz in Corona, California. The event raises funds to support women in Corona, Norco, Eastvale and surrounding areas who are living with breast and gynecologic cancers. It includes recognition of survivors and remembrance of people who have died from cancer.
Participants follow a three mile route around Dos Lagos Lakes. The event program includes live music, vendors, face painting, balloon artists, and a photo booth that provides souvenir photos. Awards are presented for top fundraising team, largest team, and top fundraising individual.
Registration options listed for the event include General Admission, Child registration, and a Survivor registration that carries no fee. There is also an option to purchase an event shirt only. The published registration fees are: General Admission $25.00, Child $10.00, Survivor $0.00, and Event Shirt Only $20.00.
