About the race
The Colwyn Bay 5 Miler, 10 Miler, and 20 Miler are exciting running events taking place along the scenic North Wales coastline. The 10 Miler serves as the North Wales Championships, attracting competitive runners. All races start from the promenade in Colwyn Bay, heading east towards Rhyl, with a mostly flat course featuring a few short hills.
Participants receive a bespoke medal and a technical T-shirt upon finishing. The event emphasizes safety, with first aid support and drink stations every three miles.
