Colshaw Hall 10k (Knutsford) 2026
The Colshaw Hall 10k is a road running event held near the Colshaw Hall Country Estate in the village of Over Peover, close to Knutsford. The course utilizes closed country lanes and is designed to be flat. Participants pass the Lovell telescope at Jodrell Bank before returning to the original starting area near the grade II listed building.
The event offers two distinct distances:
- 10 km
- 1 km
The 10 km race is UKA licensed and utilizes chip-timing technology. This distance is open to participants aged 15 and over. A time limit of 1 hour and 30 minutes is in place for the 10 km course to facilitate the reopening of local roads. Finishers are provided with finish line footage and social media integration.
The event includes cash prizes for the top three open male and female finishers. Limited early bird entry rates are available for the first 200 registrants or UKA affiliated runners. Standard registration remains open until the day before the event, unless capacity is reached earlier. While refunds and deferrals are not provided, the organizer permits entry transfers to other runners up to one week before the race date.
