Colorado County Habitat for Humanity 5K Run, Columbus, TX
The event takes place on Saturday, March 28, 2026, at 1210 Travis St, Columbus, Texas. The program includes a chip timed 5K run and a 1 mile fun run/walk. The race begins and ends from the green space at Travis and Spring Street next to the Colorado County Courthouse and winds through town.

Packet pickup and late registration are available on race day at the green space next to the courthouse. 5K participants receive a shirt with the event logo and a swag bag; race day registrants pay an additional fee and a shirt is not guaranteed. To be guaranteed a shirt, registration must be completed before March 5, 2026.
Entry fees are listed for adults and youth, with an added fee for race day registration. The 5K will be chip timed and results are available live via the Its Your Race app and on-site through Run Texas Timing Services monitors and kiosk. Participants receive an email finisher’s certificate and may purchase finisher photos via the app. A course map is available at the registration site or online.
Awards include medals for the top overall male and female in the 5K and medals for the top three male and female finishers in each age group: 10 and under, 11 to 14, 15 to 19, 20 to 29, 30 to 39, 40 to 49, 50 to 59, 60 to 69, and 70 and above.
