Published entry prices list the 5K at $30, the 10K at $35, and the virtual entry at $45. Registered participants receive a custom finisher medal, a race shirt, a free cup of locally brewed coffee, post-race snacks, and access to on-site music and photo opportunities. Awards are provided for top male and top female finishers.
The event has a strict no-refund policy. Organizers state races proceed in most weather conditions. In extreme weather, the start time may be delayed by up to a half hour and the course may be shortened or altered for safety. If conditions become unsafe, such as lightning or ice, the event may be cancelled at the discretion of the race director. Participants unable to attend may still receive their packet, shirt, and medal and complete the event on their own course as part of the virtual option.
