Overview
The Cochrane Wild Rose Indoor Spring Triathlon is an indoor triathlon held at the Spray Lake Sawmills Centre in Cochrane, Alberta. The event takes place on March 15, 2026. Participants are divided into separate start heats.

- Swim: A 10-minute session to complete as many laps as possible in a pool.

- Bike: A 20-minute session on a stationary bike, with an instructor leading the workout.
- Run: A 15-minute session to walk or run as many laps as possible on an indoor track.
Event Flow
Participants are divided into start heats, each led by a group leader who provides assistance throughout. Upon arrival, participants check in and receive body marking. For the swim, participants are sorted by pace into lanes. Transition times of 15 minutes (swim to bike) and 5 minutes (bike to run) are allocated. Post-race, finishers receive a bracelet or Mala and a Jugo Juice.
Recommended Gear
Suggested gear includes a swimsuit or trisuit, goggles, a swim cap (a Wild Rose cap is provided), a towel, running shoes, a water bottle, and a change of clothes. Cycling shoes for the spin bikes (SPD pedals) are optional.
Spectator Information
Spectators are welcome. They can watch the swim portion from the pool deck stands. Access is not permitted in the spin room due to space and liability constraints, and space is limited around the running track area. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
