Cochrane Wild Rose Indoor Spring Triathlon is an inclusive indoor event at Spray Lake Sawmills Centre in Cochrane, Alberta. The heat-based format suits all levels, from first-timers to seasoned triathletes. Each heat features a 10-minute pool swim (any stroke), a 20-minute coached spin on stationary bikes, and a 15-minute indoor-track run.
Participants sign up by heat and pace, with a group leader guiding and cheering throughout. The day relies on lifeguards and volunteers, offers a supportive vibe, and posts finishers’ bracelets or malas with Jugo Juice. Spectators are welcome for the swim; bike/run viewing is limited.
Participants often attend with friends and family. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
Always double-check with the organizer's website – things can change, and we might have sprinted past a few details! This page may contain affiliate links.
