- 35 km from Parsons Beach to Port Elliot
- 20 km from Kings Beach to Port Elliot
Checkpoints providing toilets, water and snacks are located at about every 15 km. Typical maximum durations listed are up to 12 hours for the 35 km route and up to 6 hours for the 20 km route. The event offers on-course support such as first aid, water stations and volunteer rest stops.
