12th Annual CMSAF Binnicker Memorial Run presented by Eglin Federal Credit Union
This community event takes place on October 3, 2026, in Shalimar, Florida, at 92 Sunset Lane. The program includes both in-person and virtual options and offers multiple distances for runners and walkers.

- Virtual 9K Run

Registered participants receive several items and services, which may include an official event shirt, commemorative coin, commemorative bib, a customizable fundraising page, and a printable race certificate after results are submitted. The 1 Mile Fun Run offers chances for recognition and prizes. The first 300 registrants in the 9K and 5K receive an official event shirt and a challenge coin. A post-party with music, food, drinks, and an awards ceremony follows the morning activities.
Proceeds from the event benefit the memory care wing at Air Force Enlisted Village's assisted living residence, Hawthorn House. Funds raised are designated to provide care and support for residents with Alzheimer’s and dementia. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
