CleftStrong 5K and Kids 1K is a volunteer-operated nonprofit event scheduled for October 4, 2026, at Dwight D. Eisenhower Park in San Antonio, Texas. The event offers in-person and virtual participation, plus a digital e-bib option for remote completion.

Registration follows tiered pricing. Early registration runs July 15 to August 21 with fees of $40 for the 5K, $25 for the Kids 1K, and $50 for the virtual option; virtual registration closes August 21 at 11:00 AM CST. Standard registration runs August 22 to September 18 with fees of $50 for the 5K and $30 for the Kids 1K. Late registration runs September 19 to September 30 with fees of $60 for the 5K and $35 for the Kids 1K; shirts are not guaranteed for late registrants. Online registration closes September 30 at 11:00 AM CST.

A digital virtual 5K/1K option is available July 1 to October 4 for $10; participants completing the digital option may finish their distance on October 11, 2026 and receive an e-bib. The race is professionally timed, offers individual and team categories, and race kits are scheduled to ship during the week of September 14, 2026.
