CleftStrong 5K and Kids 1K
The CleftStrong 5K and Kids 1K is an annual running event held in San Antonio, Texas. The event is organized by a fully volunteer nonprofit team to support research and families impacted by cleft lip and palate conditions. Participants can choose between several in-person or virtual options to join the community effort.
The in-person festivities take place at Dwight D. Eisenhower Park. The event features professional timing for participants who choose the competitive distance. All finishers in the primary distances receive a medal to commemorate their participation. For those unable to attend in person, virtual and digital registration options are available, allowing runners to complete the distance from any location.

- 1 km Kids Run (Open to ages 4-12)
The 5K and 1K distances are available for individual registrants or teams. Participants in the in-person event have the opportunity to pick up race packets prior to the event date, with updates provided through social media or email. In addition to the standard registration, a fundraising booster pack is available, which provides tools such as email templates and social media graphics for those wishing to increase their impact.
