CleftStrong 5K and Kids 1K - Race overview
CleftStrong is a nonprofit, volunteer-operated event held in San Antonio, Texas, on October 4, 2026. The event offers an in-person race at Dwight D. Eisenhower Park and parallel virtual and digital options. The in-person race is professionally timed and packet pickup information is to be announced.

- 5K in-person, virtual, or digital
- Kids 1K in-person or virtual
Registration follows tiered pricing periods. Early registration runs July 15 to August 21 with reduced fees; standard registration runs August 22 to September 18; late registration runs September 19 to September 30 and may not include a guaranteed shirt. Online registration closes September 30 at 11:00 AM CST; virtual registration closes August 21 at 11:00 AM CST.
A digital virtual option is available from July 1 to October 4 for a separate fee; virtual participants receive an e-bib and may complete their distance on October 4, 2026. Virtual race registrants who receive a race kit will have kits shipped during the week of September 14, 2026. Virtual participants may run or walk indoors or outdoors, optionally track results with an app or device, and receive a printable finisher certificate.
