Clark Lake Run
Clark Lake Run takes place on August 1, 2026 at Clark Lake, Michigan. The event marks the 51st running, first held in 1976. In 1993 the original 7 mile course was changed to a 12K and the program expanded to include a 5K, a 5K walk, and a 3/4K kids run.
The course largely follows the lake and includes gently rolling hills and lakefront views. Post race activities and awards are held at the Beach Bar patio on the shore of Clark Lake. Proceeds support the Thomas R. Collins Memorial Spirit Trail.

Packet pick up and in-person registration are available at the Beach Bar, 3509 Ocean Beach Road, with online registration closing on July 30. The event is professionally timed by the Michigan Running Foundation. The 12K has a 90 minute time limit; participants who cannot meet that time are directed to the 5K.
Awards include overall and masters prizes and age group awards. Cash awards are specified for the 12K top five and masters overall, with additional cash awards for course and age group records. No cash awards will be given to participants under 18 or to those with remaining college eligibility. Dogs are not permitted except for service dogs.
