Hot Chocolate Hustle 5k in Memory of John "Ralphie" McDaid

This event is a 5k road race. It takes place in Adrian, Michigan on Saturday, February 21, 2026. The venue is Adrian High School at 785 Riverside Ave.

The race is a fundraiser for the "John" Ralphie McDaid Memorial Scholarship, which is awarded each spring to a graduating senior from Adrian High School.

All finishers receive a medal. After the race, there is an awards ceremony for the top three overall male and female participants.

Registered participants receive hot chocolate and cookies at the finish. Those who register by February 16 receive a long-sleeved shirt. Registrations after that date are not guaranteed a shirt. A course map is available online. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
