Clallam County Turkey Trot
The Clallam County Turkey Trot is a Thanksgiving morning running and walking event in Port Angeles with start and finish at Hollywood Beach. The event offers out-and-back courses on the Olympic Discovery Trail and welcomes participants of all ages and paces; strollers and festive outfits are mentioned as part of the event atmosphere.

Proceeds support the three food banks across Clallam County: Sequim, Port Angeles, and Forks Food Banks. Entry for each distance carries a registration fee of $35. Donation tiers are described: a donation of $200 or more grants a free entry, a $100 donation gives $20 off entry, and a $50 donation gives $10 off entry.
Race registration includes a commemorative Clallam County Turkey Trot medal and a long-sleeve race t-shirt. Bib pick-up is scheduled the morning before the race at the starting area. A bag check option is available; participants are asked to label bags with their bib number and retrieve them after the event.
