Chrysalis House 5K Run/Walk
The Chrysalis House 5K Run/Walk is scheduled for August 15, 2026 at the R. J. Corman Railroad Group Headquarters in Nicholasville, Kentucky, located at 101 R. J. Corman Drive, 40356. The event is presented to benefit Chrysalis House.
Entry requires a registration fee of $30. Participants who register by August 1 receive a free T shirt. The event lists on course perks such as churned banana ice cream, fruit, snacks, access to a heated pavilion, and a closed course. Cash prizes are awarded to the top male and female finishers: $500 for first place, $250 for second, and $100 for third, plus six random drawings of $100 each.
Event rules include no pets or roller shoes on the property, and a no smoking policy. Children under the age of 10 must be accompanied by an adult at all times both on and off the course. Packet pick up is available early at the Chrysalis Community Center, 1589 Hill Rise Drive, Lexington, KY 40504 on Friday, August 14 from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm. Race day packet pick up and race day registration are also provided, and participants may pick up packets for friends or family without additional paperwork.
