Back The Track 5K
Back The Track is a community race event at Woodford County High School Outdoor Track in Versailles, KY on August 14, 2026. The event offers timed and untimed options on paved and track surfaces and supports the Woodford County Track Club and local school track and field programs.

- Virtual 3.1 miles
The 5K is chip timed and provides awards for the top three male and female overall finishers and for the top three male and female competitors in five-year age divisions. The 1-mile event is an untimed fun run/walk with no awards. Virtual participants may complete the 3.1 mile distance from any location; commemorative shirts will be mailed or made available for pickup.
Race features listed for the event include commemorative unisex shirts while supplies last, free race photos, evening packet pickup at the high school, and a paved course that passes through the school complex and along the Falling Springs Bypass. A children's Stick Horse Race for ages 10 and under is part of race night; each child receives a stick horse to keep, participation costs $5, and sign-up plus a waiver are completed on race night.
