Course, awards and logistics
The 5K course is a two-loop route that runs along country roads in Madison County. Packet pickup is available on race day; parking is limited. Awards are given to Overall Male and Female, Masters Male and Female, and in five-year age groups: 8 & Under, 9-10, 11-12, 13-14, 15-19, then 20-24 through 65-69 in five-year increments, and 70 and Over. To be guaranteed a race shirt, registrations must be submitted by November 12, 2025; a no-shirt option is offered with a $5 discount. If storms are in the area the event may be delayed in 15-minute increments; there are no refunds for inclement weather. Finish line management and timing are provided by Classic Race Services.
