Event overview
The Holiday 5K, 10K, & 13.1M takes place in Athens, Georgia on December 12, 2026. The event includes the following distances:

The venue is the North Oconee River Greenway Trailhead at North Oconee Access Road, Athens, GA 30605. All finishers will receive a themed finisher medal. The race earns points toward the US Road Running Race Series. Wearing a costume is optional and encouraged. There is a 3 hour and 30 minute course time limit.
Course and logistics
The courses are described as out-and-back routes. The 5K uses the out-and-back once, the 10K uses it twice, and the half marathon repeats its out-and-back segment four times. Packet pickup is available shortly before the race start and closes shortly before the start. All runners must register in advance online; there is no on-site registration.
