Event information
The 20th Annual New Year's EVE At Noon is a running event held on Wednesday, December 31, 2025, at Sandy Creek Park, 400 Bob Holman Road, Athens, GA 30607. The main event is a 5K run on paved roads throughout the park. The course is USATF certified (GA19034DJ) and can be used as a Peachtree qualifier. The event is scheduled as a rain-or-shine event; the only listed condition that may cancel the race is ice. After the race there will be refreshments.
Registration, fees and awards
Early registration through December 1, 2025, offers a sweatshirt option with a registration fee of $40; a no-sweatshirt option is listed at $35. After December 1, sweatshirts are not available and the registration fee is $40 through race day. Race day registration is available at Pavillion #1 and uses RunSignUp for payment processing. Awards are presented to Overall Male and Female, Masters Male and Female, and to 1st through 3rd place in male and female five-year age groups from 10 and under through 80 and over.
