Course, entry and rules
The course is off-road on a riverside towpath. The organiser states the overall course has no elevation gain or loss. Entry fees are listed as £37.95 for affiliated runners and £39.95 for unaffiliated runners. Distance restrictions apply to participants aged 20 or under in line with UK Athletics rules.
