Surrey Half Marathon, 5k & Junior Race
The Surrey Half Marathon takes place in Woking, featuring a course that begins in the town center and extends into the surrounding countryside. The event includes multiple distances to accommodate various participants:

The Half Marathon follows a professionally marked and measured single-loop route. The 5k course utilizes sections of the main route and shares the same start and finish gantry as the longer distance. The event is known for its fast course, having recorded one of the quickest half marathon finish times in the United Kingdom.
Participants can expect a route lined with distance flags at every kilometer, supported by marshals and cheering spectators. The atmosphere is enhanced by live performances from local bands positioned along the course. An event village provides various food and drink options, alongside post-race activities.
All race entries include chip-timed results, a unique themed medal, post-race goodies, and free official race photos. Optional VIP packages are available for both the Half Marathon and 5k, offering additional race-day perks and comfort. The event is organized in support of Shooting Star Children’s Hospices, which provides care for young people with life-limiting conditions.
