Event Overview
The Chernisky Ghost Town Trail-a-thon is a running and biking event held in Ebensburg, Pennsylvania. It is the sixth annual edition of this event. The trail used for the event, the Ghost Town Trail, was named Pennsylvania's Trail of the Year in 2020.

The marathon course uses 23 miles of the Ghost Town Trail system in Cambria County. The route includes a trail connection to Duman Lake County Park.
Participant Perks
All pre-registered participants receive a commemorative long-sleeve event shirt. Finishers of the events receive a finisher's medal. For the running events only, top three placement prizes are issued for male and female participants per distance.
Beneficiaries
Proceeds from the event support two organizations: the Cambria County Conservation & Recreation Authority’s Friends of the Trails Program and the Cambria County Regional Firefighters Association’s Fire Training Facility. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
