Pre-entry is available and entry on the day is permitted. Pre-entry fees are £4.00 for members and £5.00 for non-members. Entry on the day fees are £5.00 for members and £6.00 for non-members. Teams are allowed; teams of four men or three women count. Male record time: 00:31:10 (2023). Female record time: 00:36:24 (2023). Those record times were set at the 2023 English Championships edition of the race.
