Run Northumberland Hexham 10k : 19 July 2026
The event takes place in Hexham on 19 July 2026 and features a 10K road race. The course is described as flat and is run on closed roads toward Corbridge before returning along Corchester Lane. Registration and the finish are located on Tyne Green. The event is traffic free with full road closures. Entry was limited to 500 places and entries are closed; affiliated entries were priced at £20 and unaffiliated at £22.
Race logistics and prizes
Minimum age to enter is 15. Chip timing is provided by Timing4Sport, with distance markers every kilometre and a water station at 5 km. Race HQ offers registration, bag drop, toilets, changing facilities and refreshments. Parking is available at Wentworth Car Park (disc parking). First aid cover is provided.
Finishers receive a medal. Individual prizes are awarded to the top three men and top three women. Veteran age-group prizes are provided (women 35+ and men 40+ with minimum numbers required), and team prizes are awarded to the first male and first female teams; team members must wear their club vest to count.
