Run Northumberland Hexham 10K - 19 July 2026
Run Northumberland Hexham is a road 10K held in Hexham with a largely flat profile. The course starts on the outskirts of Hexham on closed roads toward Corbridge and returns along Corchester Lane. The route is traffic free under full road closures and has distance markers at every kilometre.
Race headquarters and registration are located on Tyne Green, with the finish also at Tyne Green and Tyne Mills Industrial Estate. Facilities at Race HQ include bag drop, toilets and changing. Parking is available at Wentworth Car Park with disc parking. A water station is provided at the 5 km point. Chip timing is provided by Timing4Sport.
Entries are limited to 500 and close on 15 July 2026. Minimum age to enter is 15. Entry fees are listed as £24 for affiliated runners and £26 for unaffiliated runners. Event-day provisions include first aid, refreshments at Race HQ and entertainment, street food and music on Tyne Green.
Prizes include a finisher medal, individual awards for the top three men and women, veteran age group prizes for Men 40+ and Women 35+ (age group prizes require at least five finishers), and first male and female team prizes for teams wearing their club vest.
