Run Northumberland Hexham 5k is a road race held on 19 July 2026 in Hexham. The race distance is 5K and the course is described as flat with a road surface. The route starts on the outskirts of Hexham, runs on closed roads toward Corbridge and returns along the largely flat Corchester Lane. The event is traffic free with full road closures. Minimum age to enter is 11. Chip timing is provided by Timing4Sport. Entry places were limited to 200 and entries closed on 25 July 2025; affiliated and unaffiliated entry fees were listed as £13.00 and £15.00 respectively.

Registration is listed at Tyne Green and the event locations also include Tyne Mills Industrial Estate and Anick Road, Hexham (NE46 4JS). Race HQ facilities include bag drop, toilets and changing facilities. There is disc parking at Wentworth Car Park. Water was provided at the finish, distance markers are placed every kilometre, and refreshments were available at Race HQ. Prizes include a finisher medal and individual prizes for the top three men and top three women. The event is organised under UK Athletics rules.
