Event details
CHAMPIONS RUN is scheduled for Sunday, December 28, 2025, at Sam Houston Trail Park, 101 I-635, Irving, TX 75038. The event program includes the following distances:
- Half-Marathon
- 10K
- 5K
Entry fees listed on the event page are $100 for the half-marathon, $60 for the 10K, and $50 for the 5K. Registration prices increase after December 20, 2025. The half-marathon course is listed as two laps. Course maps are provided by the organizer.
Registration, awards and volunteers
Registration includes an event-themed participation t-shirt (t-shirt cutoff is December 14) and a finisher medal. Age-group awards are given three deep in male and female divisions from 0-4 up to 80+. Overall and masters categories are indicated, with special awards for overall winners and masters/grand masters divisions. Awards will be distributed at the event and will not be shipped; participants are asked to check results before leaving. The event also offers a volunteer program where volunteers who work a few hours receive a code for a free race entry as a thank you. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
