About the race
The Central Lancashire Super Sprint Duathlon, held at the UCLAN Sports Arena in Preston, offers a traffic-free, welcoming environment ideal for juniors and beginners. Utilizing the University of Central Lancashire's excellent facilities, including a Crit track and a new athletics track, the event features various age-specific categories to encourage new talent. Distances range from short runs and bike rides for younger participants to a Super Sprint format of 2km run, 12km bike, and 2km run for older juniors and adults.
