Event Overview
The Celebrate Life Survivors 5K is an annual event presented by Texas Oncology-Webster Cancer Center to benefit the Texas Oncology Foundation. Now in its third year, the event generates funds to support cancer patients through local assistance and survivorship programs in the Webster area community. The event takes place at the University of Houston-Clear Lake. Participants may take part in several different movement options:

Participation Details
The event features a competitive element with awards following the completion of the races. For those interested in additional festivities, several contests are held including categories for Best Wheels for strollers and wheelchairs, Best Dressed, Best Themed Group, and Most Creative Kid Costume. Participants are encouraged to dress in costumes or creative attire such as themed socks or boas.
Registration includes an event t-shirt for those who sign up by the guaranteed deadline in late August. Registration fees vary by age, with specific pricing for adults and children aged 12 and under. Teams of five or more participants are eligible for a registration discount.
Logistics
The course routes for the 5K and 1K are set around the University of Houston-Clear Lake campus. Parking and event staging are located on-site, accessible via specific campus entrances.
