Celebrate Life Survivors 5K & 1K - Gulf Coast, TX
The 4th Annual Celebrate Life Survivors 5K & 1K is an event presented by Texas Oncology–Gulf Coast that benefits the Texas Oncology Foundation, Inc. It takes place on October 4, 2026, at the University of Houston-Clear Lake campus in Houston, TX (2700 Bay Area Blvd). All proceeds remain in the local community to support patient assistance and survivorship programs.
Event options include:
- 5K Run/Walk
- 1K Family Fun Run/Walk
- Survivor Celebration Lap (walking only)
The 5K is chip-timed and includes an official event T-shirt, a finisher medal, and awards. The 1K is untimed and includes an official event T-shirt. Awards will be presented to the 1st Place Male and 1st Place Female in these age groups: 14 & Under; 15–19; 20–29; 30–39; 40–49; 50–59; 60–69; 70+.
Registration pricing is tiered with early-bird, regular, and late rates for both the 5K and 1K. A family and team discount provides a $5 reduction per registration when five or more participants are registered together. T-shirt availability is guaranteed for registrations completed on or before September 14, 2026; later registrants receive shirts while supplies last.
