Entry categories and fees are listed for adults and youth. Adult entry for the 5 km and the half lap is $20. Youth entry for the 5 km and the half lap is $15; youth must be under 18 years old or present a valid student ID. Online registration and per-night entries are used for the series.
Bibs are distributed each week at check-in; single-night entry bibs are new weekly because reusing bibs can cause duplicate results. Bib pickup is available in the afternoon before race night and bibs must be visible during the event. Participants who start but do not finish are asked to check in at the tent so safety can be confirmed. A refill station is available near the bike wash.
Races are scheduled to run rain or shine. If a race is canceled for inclement weather, single-night entries may be transferred to another week through the organizer. A thunder policy is in place: thunder between 5:30 and 5:45 pm results in a 30-minute delay; thunder after 5:45 pm or thunder during the race results in cancellation.
