Registrations for the 1K and 5K include access to the race festival. A Festival Only registration option is also offered.
Details and logistics
All 5K participants receive a race t-shirt. All 1K participants receive a race cape. The 5K is chip-timed by Bluegrass Timing. Festival features include a live DJ; free food and treats such as pizza, popsicles, cookies and donuts; action figure prizes; costume contest prizes; an inflatable slide and a princess bounce house; a foam bubble play area (bring towels); yard games, crafts, face painting; and short group stretch sessions provided by Stretch Zone.
Packet pick-up is highly recommended and is scheduled the week before the race at the CASA of Lexington office (3245 Loch Ness Dr., Lexington, KY).
