Care4 Breast Cancer 5K
Family Health Partnership Clinic presents the 26th Annual Care4 Breast Cancer 5K Run/Walk on Sunday, October 18, 2026, at Woodstock North High School in Woodstock, Illinois (3000 Raffel Road, 60098). The event honors survivors, supports people affected by breast cancer, and remembers loved ones who have died.
Proceeds support Family Health Partnership Clinic’s mission to provide health care services to uninsured adults of McHenry County. Funds are pledged specifically to breast cancer education, early diagnosis and detection, annual screenings, and other women’s health programs. The event materials note that uninsured women were nearly 2.6 times more likely to be diagnosed with a later stage of the disease.
The Care4 event includes an in-person 5K and a virtual option. Virtual participants may choose when and where to walk, run, or be active during the event window in October and can upload results and photos. Virtual registrants can opt for shipping; shirts and bibs for shipped orders will be sent by October 9.
