Event information

The Capernwray Mid Week Series event takes place on 5 August 2026 at Capernwray Dive Centre, Jackdaw Quarry, Capernwray Road, Carnforth, LA6 1AD. It is one date in a series that also includes events in June, July and September 2026. The minimum age to enter is 15. Entries open on 12 September 2025 and close on 4 August 2026.

Registration is weather dependent and may be upstairs in the café or outside by transition. Briefing is held at the waterside. The event includes free parking, water safety cover, timing, professional photographs, toilets and changing rooms.

Triathlon: 500m swim, 17.6 km bike, 4.3 km run
Aquathlon: 500m swim, 4.3 km run
AquaBike: 500m swim, 17.6 km bike
Swim: 500m / 1000m / 1500m

Entry fees are: Triathlon £35; Triathlon Relay (team of 3) £45; Aquathlon £25; AquaBike £25; 500m Swim £10; 1000m Swim £15; 1500m Swim £20. The event provides an option to purchase XCover for potential refund protection. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
