BOFRA - Farleton Knott
The BOFRA Farleton Knott Fell Race is a challenging event held on Farleton Knott, near Kendal in Cumbria, England. The race covers 2.6 miles (4.2 km) with an ascent of 750 feet (230 meters). The course climbs the front of the fell, crosses the top, then descends by the ascent route before returning along a path around the base.
