BOFRA Farleton Knott
This fell race is held on Farleton Knott by permission of the Dallam Tower Estate. The senior course climbs the front of the fell, crosses the top and then descends by the same route used for the ascent before returning along the path around the base of the fell. The senior course was changed in 2021.
The course distance is 2.60 miles / 4.20 km with 750 feet / 230 meters of climb. The event counts as a BOFRA Championship counter. Separate routes are provided for senior and under 17 runners and for junior categories.
