Event overview
The Williamson Park Charity Road Races take place at Williamson Park, LA1 1UX, on 2nd August 2026. The event includes three races, all starting and finishing near the Ashton Memorial. The programme includes a family fun walk/run inside the park and road races that leave the park to run through the Lune Valley countryside with elevated views across Morecambe Bay. The event holds UKA licences #28689 and #28545 and supports the Lancaster and Morecambe Lion's Club. Medals are awarded to all fun run finishers and to participants in the road races. In the 10k and half marathon there are prizes for the first three male and female finishers plus a veteran/spot prize.
