The CanLake Ultras takes place on October 11, 2025 in Canandaigua, New York. The event offers the following distances:

The course runs around Canandaigua Lake in the Finger Lakes region. It includes a mix of flat stretches and rolling hills, and passes lakefront areas and nearby vineyards. The 50 mile race is fully supported with 11 aid stations. The 50 km follows the last portion of the 50 mile course.
Location, organization and policies
The event is based at Finger Lakes Community College, 3325 Marvin Sands Dr, Canandaigua, NY 14424. Beginning in 2025 the race is directed by a partnership between FarFetched Enterprises and Wolfpack Multisport. The 25k MiniCan has been discontinued for 2025.
Registration and participant policies: participant transfers and distance switching are allowed through October 9, 2025 with no fee; deferrals to next year are allowed through September 23, 2025 with no fee; refunds are available through September 9, 2025 and include 100% of the registration fee but exclude RunSignup fees. The organizers reserve the right to cancel events for low registration and to issue a full refund or credit.
