Canebrake is a trail running event held near Lithia Springs, Georgia, with course loops located in Sweetwater Creek State Park. The event offers two main race distances and looped courses that pass textile mill ruins and other park features.

The 200 mile race has a 96 hour time limit and the 100 mile race has a 48 hour time limit. The course is composed of a 5.5 mile inner loop and a 9.5 mile outer loop. Trail surfaces include compacted dirt, root and rock sections, and stretches of crushed gravel.
