Callaway Gardens Sprint Triathlon and Duathlon
The Callaway Gardens Sprint Triathlon and Duathlon is scheduled for June 20, 2026 at Callaway Gardens, Robin Lake Beach in Pine Mountain, GA. The event offers both a sprint triathlon and a duathlon on courses inside the resort grounds.
Distances:
- Triathlon: 400 meter swim, 9 mile bike, 2 mile run
- Duathlon: 1 mile run, 9 mile bike, 2 mile run
The swim takes place around the perimeter of Robin Lake. The bike is a one-loop, 9 mile course that begins and ends inside Callaway Gardens and remains open to the public; course signage and volunteers will be present at key intersections. Brickyard Bikes is listed as technical support for emergency repairs, and athletes are expected to handle basic repairs themselves. The run route passes through the gardens and includes one nutrition and hydration station approximately halfway offering Cerasport and water.
Transition is located in the Robin Beach Lake parking lot adjacent to packet pick up; bike check-in occurs on race morning and there is no bike drop off on the prior Friday. Packet pick up is at the Circus Tent. The event is sanctioned by USA Triathlon; participants must show government photo ID and a valid USAT card or purchase a one-day membership. Awards include top three overall male and female results, top three in each age group, and relay awards. Parking is available in the Robin Lake Beach parking area.
