The course follows trail terrain with rolling sections and wooded views. The half marathon has a four-hour cutoff. There will be lead and sag cyclists on course and pacers for the half marathon set at 15 minute increments. Aid stations are provided along the half course, about 4 to 5 stations spaced roughly 1.5 to 2 miles apart. Stations will include portapotties and a mix of hydration and fuel items such as sports drink, water, gels, pickle juice, cola, and snacks.

Packet pick up is located at the baseball field in Pine Mountain. Late registration is available at packet pick up for a higher fee. Published entry fees list the half marathon and a 5K option; a late registration fee is noted. Awards include overall top three male and female finishers, age-group awards in standard decades (including a 19 and under category), and finisher medals for all participants.
