Callaway Gardens Olympic Triathlon and Duathlon : Pine Mountain, GA
The Callaway Gardens Olympic Triathlon and Duathlon takes place at Callaway Gardens, Robin Lake Beach, Pine Mountain, GA on August 22, 2026. The event offers both an Olympic-distance triathlon and a duathlon on the resort property.

The swim is a horseshoe-shaped 1000 meter loop around Robin Lake Beach. The water is deep for the full swim but is within about 20 yards of shore for the first half. Swim buoys mark the course on the right and lifeguards are stationed along the beach and on the water in kayaks and paddle boards.
The bike course is an 18 mile, two-loop out-and-back that uses Scenic Drive, Discovery Parkway, and Mountain Creek Drive. The course is open to the public with light vehicle traffic; volunteers are posted at key intersections. Brickyard Bike Co provides on-course technical support for emergencies, and athletes are expected to handle basic repairs.
The 5 mile run includes Robin Lake Circle and the paved bike trail. There are two aid stations with items such as Cerasport, soda, pickle juice, chips, limited gels, and water. Transition is in the Robin Lake parking area next to the Circus Tent. Packet pick up is available the day before and race morning at the Circus Tent. The event is sanctioned by USA Triathlon; participants must be USAT members or obtain a one-day membership and sign a waiver. Awards go to the top three overall male and female and top three in each age group. Participants receive a medal and a t-shirt; triathletes are provided a swim cap.
