Callaway Gardens Olympic Triathlon and Duathlon - Pine Mountain, GA
This event at Callaway Gardens uses Robin Lake Beach and nearby park roads for an Olympic-distance triathlon and a duathlon. The competition is sanctioned by USA Triathlon and offers individual and relay divisions with age-group awards.

- 1000 m swim / 18 mile bike / 5 mile run (Olympic triathlon)
- 2 mile run / 18 mile bike / 5 mile run (Duathlon)
The swim is a horseshoe-shaped 1000 meter loop around Robin Lake Beach with swim buoys and lifeguards on the beach and on watercraft. The bike course is an 18 mile two-loop route on Scenic Drive, Discovery Parkway and Mountain Creek Drive that begins and ends inside Callaway Gardens. The run follows Robin Lake Circle and a paved bike trail.
Logistics include transition in the Robin Lake Beach parking lot adjacent to the Circus Tent, bike check-in on race morning only, and packet pick up at the Circus Tent on the day before and the morning of the event. Parking is available in the Robin Lake Beach parking area. Two aid stations serve the run course offering water and a range of nutrition options.
Awards are given to the top three overall male and female finishers and top three in each age group; relays receive separate awards. Participants receive a medal and t-shirt; triathletes are provided a swim cap.
